- Leave Pages Blank for Whole-Document Rotation — If every page needs the same fix, leave the page field empty rather than typing every page number individually.
- Use a Page Range for Partial Fixes — When only a few pages are affected, target them directly (e.g. 4,7-9) so the rest of the document is left exactly as it was.
- If you already have the file open in Preview, there is no need to close it — just drag it directly from Finder into the browser tab instead.
